Veritais presents cutting edge AV experience at METS
Veritais Ltd, the leading consultancy and supplier of audio-visual systems for luxury yachts, will once again be exhibiting at METS, in the Superyacht Pavilion.
The company will be presenting a number of innovative products on the stand, 09.609, including two unique ‘4D’ motion effect cinema seats from D-Box Seating (pictured left), a concept which was used for the first time only this year in commercial cinemas and which are now available for installation in advanced on board cinema rooms. Never before seen at METS several 4D seats are already being fitted in very high specification homes, and Veritais is already receiving serious enquiries from superyacht owners. Visitors to the stand can try out the seats to taste the experience that they add to action movies.
The latest Kaleidescape Movie Store server – like Netflix on steroids – will also demonstrate on screen how thousands of movies can be displayed to choose from. Veritais will also be presenting the brand new YachtCloud onscreen controllable information system and will demonstrate the new YachtEye from Oculus Technologies, a unique visual infotainment platform, offering via TV, touchscreens and iPads valuable insights about the journey, the stay on board and the environment.
The visual experience for Veritais’s visitors will be delivered through an ultra high definition (4k) 84” Planar monitor, whose ultra-resolution displays a picture quality not seen before in large format LCD displays.
Floor-standing, tall and slim are the space aged Super Tower speakers from Definitive Technology with built in subwoofer, and these audio file speakers will be delivering the superior sound on the stand.
Veritais Ltd are responsible for the state of the art installations to some of the world’s largest and most opulent sailing and motor megayachts. At METS Veritais will be pleased to discuss their comprehensive service of network integration for IT and web access, surveillance systems, and cabin control systems for lighting, climate control, curtains, blinds or any other equipment at the touch of a button and controllable from any and every cabin.
Veritais has carried out some ground breaking installations – in the past year alone these have included AV systems on 88 metre explorer motor yacht Arctic P, 76m motor yacht Titania, and the 43m luxury sailing yacht Koo, just to mention a few.
