Veritais Ltd was once again at the LYJPC Show to meet up with owners, captains and project managers to demonstrate what’s new and what’s popular in the world of innovative and ultra-high quality audio visual experiences.  The company is a leading consultancy and supplier of audio-visual systems, IT, network and lighting solutions for luxury yachts, and is responsible for the state of the art installations to some of the world’s largest and most opulent sailing and motor megayachts.

The Stand, featured superior sound capabilities thanks to the Special Edition DSP5200 digital active loudspeaker from Meridian Audio, allowing visitors to experience the full, intricate detail of a live performance for the first time in the history of recorded music.  The DSP5200SE (Special Edition) is under a metre high, yet delivers exceptional performance with stunning bass and full-range performance from a relatively small cabinet, ideal for the saloon of any superyacht. Veritais showed the speakers in piano lacquer black but the Special Edition Range is available in a selection of colours.

The visual experience for Veritais’s visitors was delivered through an ultra high definition (4k) 98 inch LG screen.  Complementing the huge screen, the Kaleidescape Alto movie player showed how the playback quality of blu-ray discs combines with the convenience of internet delivery for an unparalleled cinematic experience on board. The unit is a favourite of superyachts where Veritais has installed servers to store hundreds of movies which can be downloaded to the Alto movie player, so that they are instant and suffer no delay, unlike movies viewed via streaming services.

The Veritais stand also featured an outdoor speaker and lighting display, and visitors were able to view demonstrations of CCTV, lighting & heating control.  The company also exhibited state of the art control systems for a fully integrated audio visual experience throughout the yacht, which provide both on deck and interior solutions.   The stand was fully automated with touchscreens so visitors could try out all the systems for themselves.

Veritais were able to discuss with visitors their comprehensive service of network integration for IT and web access, surveillance systems, and cabin control systems for lighting, climate control, curtains, blinds or any other equipment at the touch of a button.

Veritais has carried out some ground breaking installations – in the past three years alone, these have included AV systems on an 88m explorer yacht, the 50m motor yacht Mystere Shadow, famous for her huge heli-pad, the 72m luxury motor yacht Axioma and one of the largest ever fully controllable installations ever undertaken on board a 73m motor yacht , just to mention a few.  The company has also carried out wide reaching installations on some breathtakingly large and luxurious residential properties and commercial premises, allowing, in many cases, complete control from every room.
