Completed in 2019 this house was renovated and now benefits from a home automation system allowing control of the TV’s, music and outdoor lighting from the in-wall touch screen, remote controls or mobile app. All rooms benefit from new 4K TV’s with in-ceiling speakers, with the Lounge benefiting from a surround sound system.
