Completed in 2014 this property features a high-definition audio-visual system designed, supplied, installed and commissioned by Veritais.

The system has been built around a Sonos audio system, Control4 lighting system and Harmony control system.

The smart lighting system which was designed by our own interior lighting design team allows for control of any lighting circuit from any keypad, along with the option of creating scenes that can be recalled at the push of a button. Scenes are also activated automatically by events such as sunrise/sunset, walking through the front door and motion sensors installed throughout.

2 TV screens are installed, the largest 55-inch TV in the reception room and the smallest 46-inch TV installed in the master bedroom. Each TV has a dedictaed Sky box, Blu-Ray player and Apple TV providing Apple content as well as the ability to Airplay movies and music wirelessly from the owner’s apple devices to the TVs and speakers.

Music and TV audio comes from in-ceiling speakers installed in each room and is controlled from the client’s iPads and iPhones.

Additional features installed by Veritais include a party mode that transforms the entire house into a single zone for music or other entertainment.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout from Cisco Enterprise-grade Access points providing a wireless mesh. A Cisco network allows the system to run lightning-fast meaning the whole home can be controlled from everybody at the same time without slowing down the system.
