This property features a high-definition audio-visual system, including a home cinema, designed, specified, installed and commissioned in the West Midlands by Veritais.

On the second floor of this Birmingham home, a Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 home cinema has been installed. A Screen Research 110-inch curved screen provides truly immersive viewing. A JVC Ultra HD, 4K projector produces amazing quality images, with the immersive cinema surround sound being provided by a top-of-the-line Yamaha Aventage Receiver driving a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos configured Kef speaker and subwoofer system.  6 floorstanding speakers, 1 centre speaker and 4 in-ceiling speakers fully immerse the viewer in sound.

A Harmony remote control replaces the 7 original remote controls providing a “one-touch” activation of activities such as “Watch DVD” or “Watch Sky” where all devices are turned on, switched to the correct input and completely controllable from a single remote or app.
